During Disney Plus panel at the D23 Expo, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige took the stage to reveal some interesting casting details of the series “WandaVision”. The additinal cast include Randall Park, Kat Dennings, & Kathryn Hahn.
Kat Dennings, Randall Park and Kathryn Hahn have joined the cast of the upcoming Disney+ series WandaVision. Actor Randall Park has been confirmed to be reprising his ANT-MAN AND THE WASP role as former S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Jimmy Woo in the WandaVision. Actress Kat Dennings will be reprising her role as Darcy Lewis from the first two THOR films. Actress Kathryn Hahn will be playing a "noisy neighbor," as described by Kevin Feige but no further detail about her character had been reveal.
At last month’s San Diego Comic-Con, the series “WandaVision” was announced with actor Paul Bettany and Elizabeth Olsen reprising their roles as Vision and the Scarlet Witch from the MCU films. It was also revealed that WandaVision would connect directly to Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness where Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen as Doctor Strange and Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch would team up. Actress Teyonah Parris would also be in the series playing an older version of Monica Rambeau, the daughter of Captain Marvel’s friend and fellow Air Force pilot Maria Rambeau.
Matt Shakman will direct the series who recently did two episodes of the seventh season of HBO’s ‘Game of Thrones’. WandaVision premieres in spring 2021 on Disney Plus, which launches Nov, 12.
